This club can do it all. The club is absolutely amazing. You also cant beat the price. In all honesty, this is the first fairway wood that I really trust and like. The 5W I hit about 230 every time. Just to hold onto when the ones I have finally wear out. I was in a bad situation after a drive on a par 5 (487 yards out) I hit something and it kicked way backwards up by a tee box. IMO one of the best if not the best fairway woods out there. I cant say anything about the stock graphite shafts, but with an X100 shaft, the club is very accurate. Model Reviewed:TaylorMade V-Steel 3+5W Summary:First off, I have a 3W with a DG X100 (tour model w/ "Paint Break") and a 5W with a DG Lite S300. Like it`s 3 & 5 brothers it is the only club where I naturaly draw the ball.I can hit the 3W from 260-280 off the tee and 240-250 off the deck. I have noticed that with both clubs, my misses are to the left. The X100 is probably a little stiff for me, but I dont have the same confidence in the S300 DG Lite..I wouldnt say that this club is longer than other woods or necessarily more forgiving, but I would say that it is almost a perfect balance. It comes highly recommended. I will confirm what most people have said is true. As soon as I find a v-steel 3 wood for a good enough price its going in the bag.Model Reviewed:Taylor Made V Steel 7 wood Fairway Summary:The best cluib I have ever had the chance to use.. I started with the 3 wood and a year later bought the 5 wood. High bomb off tee, low stinger, fades, draws. This is a solid club, definitely the best FW woods I have ever used.. If I can find another set im going to buy them. People comment on this club alot, especially when I outdrive their $500 driver with a steel shafted 3 wood. This was back when I had no 3 wood. I can't believe TM doesn't make it anymore. I tend to hit the S300 too high (and Im not sure if it is my swing or the club). So I hit my v-steel 5 wood to try and get somewhere down the fairway to hopefully make par. Have been using these woods ever since. I dont have a tough time shaping my shots though. I hit my 3W off the tee on any hole less than 430 yards and my scores have dropped significantly. I ended up hitting it 305 yards off of the deck!!! No joke at
