I started with the 3 wood and a year later bought the 5 wood. IMO one of the best if not the best fairway woods out there.I can hit the 3W from 260-280 off the tee and 240-250 off the deck. It comes highly recommended. High bomb off tee, low stinger, fades, draws. Just to hold onto when the ones I have finally wear out. By the way, I've got $90 in this club and it looks like new. Model Reviewed:V-Steel TS 3 wood 13* and 5 wood Summary:I bought these fairway woods on sale, the golf shop is practically giving them away. The 5W I hit about 230 every time. I was in a bad situation after a drive on a par 5 (487 yards out) I hit something and it kicked way backwards up by a tee box. I hit my 3W off the tee on any hole less than 430 yards and my scores have dropped significantly..I wouldnt say that this club is longer than other woods or necessarily more forgiving, but I would say that it is almost a perfect balance. Like it`s 3 & 5 brothers it is the only club where I naturaly draw the ball. I have noticed that with both clubs, my misses are to the left. The club is absolutely amazing.. Easy to use, light, small head so easy to make good club head speed. This is a solid club, definitely the best FW woods I have ever used. The X100 is probably a little stiff for me, but I dont have the same confidence in the S300 DG Lite. I tend to hit the S300 too high (and Im not sure if it is my swing or the club).and BAM! It's long, straight and easy to hit. If I can find another set im going to buy them. I also dont really unload on the 5W like I do with the 3W (it might be in my head). I ended up hitting it 305 yards off of the deck!!! No joke at all. I will confirm what most people have said is true. I cant say anything about the stock graphite shafts, but with an X100 shaft, the club is very accurate. It usually does what I tell it to.Model Reviewed:Taylor Made V Steel 7 wood Fairway Summary:The best cluib I have ever had the chance to use. Anybody looking for a good fairway wood that is easy to hit should go for a v-steel. So I hit my v-steel 5 wood to try and get somewhere down the fairway to hopefully make par. You also cant beat the price. I dont have a tough time shaping my shots though. Have been using these woods ever since.. In all honesty, this is the first fairway wood that I really trust and like. Model Reviewed:TaylorMade V-Steel 3+5W Summary:First off, I have a 3W with a DG X100 (tour model w/ "Paint Break") and a 5W with a DG Lite S300. I can't believe TM doesn't make it anymore. Its a shame Taylormade no longer makes them.Model Reviewed:Taylor Made V-Steel 3 WoodSummary:Bought this at a secondhand store and put a Grafaloy
